Who you are is not set in stone, your personality is something that you decide, it’s like a mask you decide to put on every single day and you continue to wear it every single day. No one said that you can’t change masks and wear something different.

The word personality itself stems from the Latin word “persona” refers to masks that people wear in order to either project different roles or disguise their identities, so, at many points in your life, you may find that there are certain aspects of your personality that you don’t like. It’s neither impossible nor late to change who you are or who you want to be.


How is it done?

First by knowing the battle you’re picking you’ll acknowledge what you need to change. For the next 30 days, you will write down everything that you did and all the changes you want to make on a small notebook to put this into your subconscious and your subconscious is most active when you sleep.

What you need to do is to think about the change that you desire and want just before falling asleep, according to science your thinking mind is characterized by high beta brain waves.

When you go into a light relaxation your brain waves go into an alpha state characterized by a high intuition and general wellbeing.

When you go into deep relaxation your brain waves go into the theta state and in this specific state, we can easily reprogram our subconscious mind for success and change.

So just 1 minute before falling asleep all you need to do while into the theta state is to think about the change and to feel the positive emotions generated by this change.

On the other hand, when we are asleep our brain will generate delta brain waves, as soon as we open our eyes in the morning delta brain waves shift into theta and then into alpha and beta afterward.

So you will have 10sc in the morning time after you wake up to think and feel the change that you desire to achieve. By doing this you will be able to activate the law of attraction, reprogram your subconscious mind, and generate and engender the change that you desire in your life very easily and automatically.

This exercise is stemmed from my long experience of teaching meditation therapy and mind-body therapy. I developed many techniques that expand the student consciousness and activate the law of attraction within

your psyche.

Mastering our brain waves allows us to expand our consciousness and to be transformed into the best version of ourselves thus it gives us the tools that allow us to create the life that we want and desire.
