Working inside an individual’s personal energetic field and seeing how it interacts with the wider energy field is how energy medicine promotes healing. Checking in on someone’s 7 primary chakras, the energy centers that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head, can tell us a lot about what’s going on with them.

Our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health is governed by these 7 centers, as well as up to 20 minor chakras. In other words, chakras contain the keys to how you feel about yourself and your surroundings, how you interact with others, the state of your body, your relationship with money, whether or not weight is an issue, how you make decisions, and your spiritual growth.

That’s a lot to expect from something that the majority of people can’t see. We can’t see the radioactive particles produced by a damaged nuclear reactor, but we nevertheless take their potential to impact our lives seriously. The energy that is centered in the chakras has a huge impact on our life.

So, what can you do to ensure that your chakras are healthy and balanced? Here are seven easy-to-follow strategies to help you balance your chakras:

  1. Make a connection with Mother Nature: Take a walk in the woods.

The first chakra, known as the Root Chakra, is the foundation of both physical and emotional well-being. It’s the roots you put in the soil of your being, and it’s your basic relationship to Mother Earth. This is where you’ll find your physical and psychological power to deal with whatever comes your way.

A simple barefoot walk on grass or on a sandy beach will help you to feel more grounded. Hug a tree, go for a hike in the woods, or go to a neighborhood park. To strengthen this connection with Mother Nature, you don’t have to live in the countryside or mountains. Grounding yourself will give you the sense of “I am here, and I am safe,” which is very important for your health. Take some time out of your day to ensure that you create this connection, and your Root Chakra will be strengthened automatically.

  1. Use water to relax your body and the environment.

Sensuality, sexuality, emotion, and the inner child all reside in the second chakra. It controls how we interact in groups, how we set inner and outside limits, and how we enjoy ourselves. Addition is a common difficulty associated with the second chakra. You may be numbing yourself with drugs, alcohol, medicines, food, smoking, exercise, or sex to avoid dealing with your feelings.

If the health difficulties include their sexuality, the physical problems of a poorly functioning second chakra are generally the source of guilt. Soak for at least 20 minutes in a bath of warm water with one pound each of sea salt and baking soda to alleviate embarrassment. As you say, “I tell the truth and reclaim my true nature,” imagine all your guilt and shame melting in the bath water and being washed away. I am untainted. “I haven’t smoked in years.” Water is restorative, and regularly immersing yourself in it is a self-nourishing habit.

  1. Get Up and Move!

The seat of our self-worth — our self-esteem, willpower, and personal power – is the third chakra. It is where we identify with our ego and identity, and it is the seat of our mental body. A strong will means that we know what we want to achieve and what we want to do. The third chakra’s power is our ability to act, to use our willpower, to finish what we start, to face obstacles head-on, and to not be held back by fear. Physical exercise, especially outside in the sun in the early morning or before sunset, can help to balance your third chakra. If you’re easily irritated or irritable, don’t become too hot! Your body is awakened and recharged by physical activity.

  1. Have a Pet You Love!

The heart chakra is the focal point of your chakra system, where you mix the strength and support of Mother Earth from below with the wisdom and direction from above to create a compassionate human being. You can get enslaved to emotional attachment if your fourth chakra isn’t working properly. You can sense the presence of unconditional, limitless love — for yourself, for all beings, for the world and beyond – through your heart chakra. Giving and receiving affection from a pet is one of the most effective ways to strengthen your heart chakra. Our pets unconditionally adore us and make it possible for us to rediscover love. Is there room in your life for a dog or a cat? You may feed your heart chakra while also making a positive difference in this animal’s life. You don’t have the space or the time to start your own family? Why not pay a visit to your local animal shelter or simply pay a visit to a friend’s friendly pet and show them some love?

  1. Use your voice to express yourself.

Our creative center is the fifth chakra. This chakra is where we communicate who we are and express our preferences. We may tune up our fifth chakra by expressing ourselves more clearly and exploring our creativity, as music and communication purify our lower self and helps us to perceive the higher vibrations of spirit. All creativity is a means of expressing how we feel. Make use of your voice by reading a favorite book or poetry aloud. You should write something and recite it! Sing a song everywhere – in the shower, in the vehicle, anywhere! You can live your goals and visions, as well as your greater mission, when your fifth chakra is balanced.

  1. Visualize and discover your inner vision.

The sixth chakra, sometimes known as the “third eye,” is the seat of superior intelligence. Clairvoyance, telepathy, precognition, and psychokinesis are examples of spiritual gifts that manifest in this chakra. This chakra can be boosted by attempting to purge your mind of clutter so you can “see” more clearly. Meditation on a daily basis is an excellent technique to break free from outdated ideas and thinking patterns that are holding you back. When the sixth chakra is open, you have access to inspiration, insight, wisdom, and vision.

  1. Call on the Divine!

The crown chakra, also known as the seventh chakra, is responsible for connecting us to spirit, our higher power, and the universe. It enlightens our awareness. Our awareness is clearer, broader, and we are able to see not just our daily patterns, but also the underlying metaphysical patterns of our lives, when our crown chakra is open. Meditation, like the sixth chakra, is a strong strategy for increasing this chakra. Perhaps prayer or connection with nature will be of benefit to you. Make time for yourself to listen for internal messages about purpose and direction, and ask your own higher wisdom for advice and indicators that you’re on the right track. Visualize tranquil and positive outcomes. The truth that emerges will allow you to reach new heights of connection.

All of your chakras are linked together. They accept you for who you are. You will lighten the load on your chakras as you complete the inner work of cleaning and releasing previous traumas, negativity, and outmoded belief systems. Your energy will be more balanced, and you will feel better as a result. Why not take charge and look for ways to better balance your chakras?
